3rd meeting in Veselá - 20 - 24.02.2014
Here is already evident that we are old friends and the complicity between us is a fact.
The meeting started with the visit to klaster brewery, close to the village, where we could teste the beer.
Then we visited Mnichovo Hadriste Castle.
In the afternoon, in Veselá, Czech coordinator acompained us to visit the villages and showed us the infomation panels (like traditional windows) about the villages history, one of their local results of this project. Furthermore, the panels contines QR codes with explanation audio... people who visit the villages they can get mobile devices for free in local shops that allow access to the panels to everybody.
Great example of good job!!!
Moreover... we had the opportunity to see how beautiful the villages is.
In the evening, while we had dinner, we help people from the villages to prepare their traditional Masopust, the traditional villages carnival...
... 22.02 day... Masopust day... Finally!!! People from Veselá were waiting for us... Here we go!
A wonderful meeting where no lack music... and... Queimada!!!...
Moreover it was a oportunity to see a different way of work... learn from Vesela Vesnice o.s... and from the community... they taught us how important is community involvement for de succes of the festival.
Last day we dedicated it to show how the project progress in local level... we made a self-assesment and still open ways to our work.
Thank you Veselá and people from Vesela for having so well, teach us so much and make us that think in the end of the project is a shame for us!
